The Chrysalis
Online Grief Support Group
Healing starts with connection.
Grief can feel overwhelming and hard to make sense of.
The Chrysalis is a small, supportive group for adults navigating loss who want a space that is structured, gentle, and respectful of where they are.
This group is designed for people who may not need to share their whole story, but want connection and support while carrying grief.
